rebuilding my 97' isuzu 2.4 5 speed and i need to know where is a good place to buy the parts. im pretty shure i can go to the dealer but i really dont want to go there. All i really need is the syncos, but still any info on a place to buy the parts would be great.

well if I go to catalog, choose my car 97 sunfire GT, then the mechanical tab and then expand the transaxle spot the synchros are there.
If you can find some one who carries
TranStar Industries, they make two kits. The part numbers are MS153E for the standard kit and MK153F for the kit with sychro rings. Check you local and online trans shops.
