ok heres the thing I have a 2.2 eco that I'm gonna swap in my 95 z24 I can get the auto tranny from the guy I'm buying the motor from but I wanted to swap tranny too to a 5 speed my car is an auto now so what will be the best and sence I'm going to be buliding the motor should I just swap everything. I have been reading but still cant figure it out someone please help give me some advice

also to those who have swaped is the end product worth it
