hey guys i need your help,
It's time to change my clutch and i have 3 choices.
1. ACT Heavy Duty Clutch Kit w/ Performance Organic Street Disc (Torque Capacity 340 ft.lbs.)
2. Bully Clutches ( canadian i think )
3. centerforce dual friction (i know it's d' best choice but a bit $$ w/out throw out bearing)
Wat u guys think, it's my daily driver and all year round ride.
thanks
how about stock??? anyone ??
If you're putting down stock amounts of power, use a stock clutch.
What mods do you have done to the car? Mine isnt too much upgraded, but its got far more power than stock (maybe 20-30 more HP at the most) and ive got a stock replacement clutch in at the moment. Aftermarket performance clutches are way overrated at times, most of the time the cars they go in will never get close to their max hp/torque ratings.
Center force i would not use. When i got my clutch more people have issues with that clutch and i am not just talking about Cavalier either. I went with a SPEC stage III in you case a stage II would be good. I got a three now i wish i had gotten a stage II is like stock.
ACT is a better clutch out of the three you mentioned.

I never had 1 problem with my Dual Friction. Most of the problem can be cause be the person behind the wheel.
