I needto know if a five speed trannie out of a 95 sunfire will fit on a 2.3 ohv engine

Hum, I'd say you didn't search.
1- There's no such thing as a 2.3 OHV, the 2.3 came in OHC and DOHC style. So you would have found out easily that it doesn't exist.
2- It has been said a billion of a billion times. 2.3 and 2.4 have their own bell housing. You can use a 2.3 tranny on a 2.4 and vice versa and that's all. The 2.2 bellhousing is the same as the 660.
Now if you meant a 2.3 tranny on a 2.2 OHV, #2 still apply.

I am bout to buy a 95 4 dr stick but the motors getting weak and i want to put my 2.3 out of mmy 95 gt in it so all i would have to do is get the 2.4 tranny to swap it in?

you can use a 96-98 2.4 tranny with your 2.3.
