Ok guys i dont know if Im retarded or if my car is special but I cant get the old mounts out. I searched and no one else seems to be having a very difficult time getting theirs out. But I tried pry bar and hammer and it aint moving at all. How did you guys get those old mounts out?
There's a small tab on the stock bushing, you need to bend that up.
Yeah they are all bent out. And I push out from the sides with the tabs right. A friend of mine said he burnt his bushing out. Anyone ever tried that.
I don't think I'd go lighting fires underneath my car. Soak it down with some WD-40.
Do you have a bench vice? I think IMO pushing them out in a vice works best.

Ohh the mounts are out of the car as Im doing an eco swap. And I dont have a bench vise but Im running out of ideas here.
Yeah a bench vice would work wonders!! Honestly i dont see getting the new mounts in with out one so good luck on that. But since you dont have a vice to get the mount out set it on the edge of a table, work bench or anything with a hard edge. Make sure the insert will clear that edge and give it a few blows with a hammer. It' ll come out. Also hammer from the opposite side of the tabs!

why would u hammer the opposite side of the tabs, wouldnt that be beside the point of the tabs... to hold it in there. u bend the tabs and beat it out hammering the tab side, and also if u never plan on using the mounts again then ya go for it burn them out, why struggle when they are gonna be junked anyway. have fun
Yeah thats what Im thinking f&*% it. Why am i killing myself and I dont need then anymore.
