i have a 04 cavalier and i noticed there is fluid on the hose on the clutch fluid reservoir dose anyone know how i take it off and do i have to get one from the dealer?
thanks,james
It is all one part... Called clutch master cylinder. Cheapest place to get it new is gmpartsdirect.com.
The only time that would need replacement is if you put the clutch to the floor and it doesn't come back up. (and you haven't ever messed with it)
The fluid on the side could just be over flow.

I'm not really sure what you are asking. Are you asking to replace the hose? If so as stated it is one unit. If it has a small leak you might just need a hose clamp on it. To me it is a crappy design from the factory. I had to do this.

see i have the aem braket for the clutch fluid reservoir so i moved about 2 years ago and i did notice there is some fluid and dirt on top of the cap?
thanks,james
Yeah... you wont have to replace that. Just keep it clean and keep an eye on it. Check every oil change.
