Does anyone know what the torque specs are for a '00+ LD9 (F23 Trans) pressure plate to flywheel bolts? And also the torque specs for the flywheel to crank bolts?

Here is what I have used (which is for a 96-98) pressure plate to flywheel 180 in-lbs, and then rotate 45 degree's.
Flywheel to crank bolts 22 ft lbs and then tighten additional 45 degree's.
