Ok so my transmission crapped out on me and I'm gonna be replacing it soon. It's a 97 2.2L so I know its the Isuzu transmission but I couldn't find on the searches what years/models have this same transmission. Is it 95-99 2.2L's? I'm going to the junkyard to scout one out in a day or two and I just wanted to know what I could pull it from.
Also, what Isuzu's came with this transmission? Just curious, I doubt I'll find any there. Thanks in advance guys!
you could, however, if you felt like doing a little more work, swap in the getrag 5 speed from the 00-02 2200 j cars.

Or, find an isuzu impulse tranny, and swap the diff out.
