With a slide hammer and an axle attachment

Or a socket, a piece of wood, and a baby sledge hammer.. usually how I end up doing it.

four wheeler and a tow strap lol, should be able to get two screwdrivers or pry bars in beween the tranny and joint housing on the axle, just keep prying til it pops out.

i use a long pry bar and put it between the tranny casing and the wide part of the shaft adn push the bar towards the opposite side of the car they pop right out, don't just pull by hand if you intend on reusing them you will pop the CV apart

^ Be careful sticking tools back there, the axle seals are very susceptible to damage, an axle pulling tool is the correct way, but whatever you do, don't just grab the end of the axle and pull.
