BTW this is basically the service manual for the transmission... Explains how to diagnose, disassemble, repair, and reassemble. It includes part numbers but i doubt they are any good anymore.
Hydramatic 282 the predecessor of the NVG. External slave iirc.
HM282 was built by Muncie, 93-94's were built by New venture gear, both based off of Getrag's design.
