Clutch Problem? Read this

Today i was driving and all of a sudden while shifting gears the engine just started to rev. I tried a differnt gear and tried again and even tried shifting without the clutch and no connection between the engine and trans...... I did notice the past couple of days while releasing the clutch pedel it shuttered. Then today while leaving work the clutch started feeling really sloppy (Not slipping) just sloppy.
My diagnosis so far is that the clutch seperated. It is a SPEC Stage 2+. Im very pissed off concidering it was not a cheap company nor did it have a lot of track time on it or a lot of miles. It had just around 12k miles on it and i broke it in for about 500 miles. I am pissed and confused on how something can just self destruct while not even beating on it.
Has anyone else had simmilar experiences? Or a second opinion on this?
-Car will not move under its own power
-Will go into gears (can hear the @!#$ linkages moving the forks) Tried all gears and no moving.
-Clutch pedel feels normal while the engine is off
-Clutch pedal feels very mushy while engine is on and even worse at above idle rpms

I believe the clutch seperated or the fingers snapped.
