This may sound stupid but i have an 01 z24 and i have not driven the car enough to know which tranny i have. Im puttin in a new motor tommorow so i picked up a tranny filter but i picked up a 3 speed filter. I think that mine comes with a 4 speed though. Can somebody clarify this please.

if your shifter read PND321 its a 4 speed. PND21 its a 3 speed

all automatic 3rd gen z24's came with the 4t40e 4 speed trans.
