here we go again

so my forth trans in my car just went last night..
thinking it was my diff again the same problem as before, how the hell can i beef up these pussy as transmissions..i dont get it, last one i spent some serious coin on and they never put fluid in it when it was installed and 2000 miles later boom quiafe lsd wasted..now im contemplating putting the car up for sale..im just sick of stupid little @!#$ like this, not even beating on the car

i have rebuilt a stockish motor now that is in my car..the 11.1 pass killed the motor with the 150 shot..

I am rocking a TG lsd insert in all of my transmissions and i have never had a problem. You didnt have any kind of lsd in this one did you?

I think Chris was implying the F23 is stronger than people think since it was an axle that broke not the tranny.

I had my F23 rebuilt 2X under warranty, and replaced it once after warranty when I had my J-body. Sold the car with 130,000kms. I say they are weak.

I have been running 12.3 @ 120 numerous times and am using the stock 2200 f23 for two years, no probs.

i think the f23 is a good tranny way better than the isuzu for strength, ive ran lots passes and beat the @!#$ out of my trans, up intil this year the drivetrain was stock now i have the obx diff. in still no issues, only problem i have is overpowering clutches....

10 second pass and 600hp. sounds good to me.

i was thinkin the OBX but i really was unsure of the quality. would it help if the OBX diff was cryo-treated perhaps?
