I picked up another car for my girlfriend to drive but its a 5 speed and its about toast so she wants me to swap in an automatic

I know the tranny mounts are different but how do the auto trannys mount up???

I can get everything else needed to swap it over im just concerned about the tranny mounts.

You'd have to cut off the manual mounts (2 of them) and weld in the plate for the automatic.... but no one I know has ever gone to an auto from a 5 speed, it's always the other way... so where to get that plate I could not tell you. If it's anything like the front 5 speed mount, you can't buy JUST the mount from GM because it's only sold as part of the rail... that said, I don't know if that is the case or not... you'd have to call up a GM parts dealer and find out if the auto mount is available separately.
