I got a "new" NVG trans and new output seals (axle seals) but cant seem to budge the old ones. Any recommendations?
They make a "seal puller" for a reason.
Got mine out in about a minute each on my F23.
I just had this issue with my getrag. I ended up just hammering a screwdriver through the seal being carefull not to hit the trans beneath it and pry them out. The new ones were a bitch to get back in also, I suggest getting a seal installer to place the new ones without messin' them up.

Machine shop in town pressed in mine for 20 bux each. I ruined the first one I tried. Hammering them out is easy thou.

Now I need to get the new ones in :cry:
