I pulled the trans out today and accidentally pulled the wires out of the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) Andyone know which wire goes where?
98 Cavalier Z24 2.4l 5 speed.
There 2 are wires (purple and yellow) and they came right out of the sensor and I think I can fix it but I need to know which wire goes in which part of the sensor. A pic would be great if anyone has one.
This is a a very touchy subject here, but I'm not near a car to run out and jack the car up to help. I hope someone will tell you the colors of the pin out, but don't think someone is going to lable what they are. Did they just pull out of the plug totaly when that happened?
They pulled right out of the connector. I finally found a diagram that shows
A= Yellow
B= Purple
So I'm going to give it a shot.
Strike that
A= Purple
B= Yellow
