seems to be from drivers side right when the axel started to click im told an axel shouldnt whine that its probaly my trans were can i get the parts to rebuild it thanks guys
could be a bad wheel bearing

wwere can i get internals for that trans or can i use a 2.2 trans s internals
Mine did the same thing for a while . It was a low wine then turned into a low knock and then yesterday my tranny dropped , I'd check you wheel bearing out first b4 jumping to any conclusions
yea i checking wheels bearings today and puttin a new axel in
I know it's a way old thread but, did the bearing and 1/2 shaft help? I changed the bearing last weekend, no change. Thinking the 1/2 shaft is cheaper than a new tranny.
