i read that this needs to be replaced when pedal gets stuck to the ground and where is it is it, where the fluid goes? Can it be the clutch?

Shifted

Its inside the transmission and sits between the back of the bell housing and the pressure plate. The line that you plug into the transmission for hydraulics is the top of the slave cylinder.
