Clutch/Tranny issues (yes i searched)

Ok, so i searched and came up empty handed, prolly cuz this issue is so weird, i cant seem to pinpoint the issue.

Basically, randomly, and i mean totally random, ive removed all variables and its still completely random, my clutch pedal will completely fail to disengage my clutch, and itll go in all sloshy feeling, not loose, it feels like something is squeezing it or pushing against the clutch. Once this happens i completely lose my clutch until i get home, meaning i have to rev match without a clutch and not come to a stop the entire way (REALLY F'ING HARD). Then, i spin the roullette wheel every time i get back in, sometimes ill start it and itll be back to normal, sometimes ill have to start it up in first with the ebrake off and never actually idle lol, it just fires off.

i'm trying to figure out what in gods name this could be. Its slowly getting worse, and having to rev match everything without a clutch is demolishing my tranny, but i cant stop using my car so im kinda left wihtout a choice, it is driveable, its just hard as hell and gunna cost me money lol.

anyone have any ideas?
