At around 1200-1600 RPM I get a rattling noise from the trans area. I don't know if the clutch is OEM or aftermarket in the car to be honest. It also makes the noise if for example one front tire is off the ground and you move the wheel forwards and backwards(while the car is shut off). Anybody have an idea?

That is the getrag rattle. Normal. Usually when warm. You can run B&M trick shift fluid, or Hurst Trick Shift and it helps, but will still do it.
