i found it online and summit has a short throw for like 150, so i was wondering if this one is just as good, worse, better.

That is a knock off od B&M short shift. I have the B&M and love it!

If it is exactly like the B&M (which I heard it is), then a good investment. I would look around and make sure you can't get it cheaper.

I bought that exact model a year ago.

No problems so far. Works great, and the factory shift knob fits back on easily.

The only problem I had was 1st gear would hit the console and knock out the boot, but I did some shaving and the shifter rod clears it now.

I believe I had to do the same for my B&M.

I like how you have to pay extra for the knob. Hey you guys could get a Ralco short shifter for 75 shipped. Thats what I got and it works amazingly well, and it comes with their own knob but you could probly use the stock knob if your into that.

i already have a new knob so im not worried about it. just had to have my B&M T-Handle
