Tonight coming home from work, I noticed that my Sevice light came on half way home. After I got home, I wanted to see if any codes would possibly come up...None. When I turned the vehicle on again, the Sevice light was off. I shifted into reverse and my DRL light came on and flashed at least 5 times following with the service light. While lights were flashing, it was making a weird buzzing noise like a dying power window motor (i do have manual windows).

My car has a auto transmission w/ Shiftplus. I turned the shiftplus off and both level 1 & 2, getting the same buzzing and flashing light result with them all. So im to the conclusion that it is my tranny that is the source of my problem. But what is it? A sensor? The shiftplus? If I took off the shiftplus completely from the vehicle, would it solve my problem?

Sounds like a DRL bulb is out, that causes the DRL light to flash and the service light to come on

You have a wiring issue (or just headlamp bulb) not transmission related

or if you did the drl delete mod, check your ground wire.
