Okay as of about two minutes ago my auto trans started slamming into gear; from Park-Reverse-Nuetral-Drive. Transfering from each of these to the next feels like a full throttle shift (HPTuners tuned for upshifting firmness and speed). But it's doing this at a stop. Any ideas wtf is going on?

trans mounts? i would check there first.
I know this might sounds crazy, but check your IAT sensor. When they fail they drive the trans crazy, and the trans acts just like you have explained.
Have you messed with the force current at all in HPTuners?

Okay, well my IAT is not plugged in right now because of the charge pipe not having a bung for it... Could this be my problem all together? And is this damaging my trans when it shifts like this?

Well I got it to plug in, how long if that was the issue should it take for it to start working correctly now that the IAT sensor is plugged in?

Disconnect the battery, and let it sit for 10 minutes, and reconnect. then see what it is doing.

I'm not sure as to what is adjusted in the trans tables because I wan't the one who tuned it. Steve from ecotec-tuning.com does all my tuning. Why do you ask what tables are adjusted? By the way, the car is running just fine now that I plugged in the IAT sensor. Good lookin out man.
