Does anyone know the different s between a 94 5spd Isuzu transmission to a 98 5spd for a 2.2? like the physical difference? i would like to use the stronger diff that is in the 94 and below isuzu's? but would simply like to just swap the whole transmission instead of swapping out the diffs .

My original 98 transmission is toasted and i found a 94 transmission for $150 but dont know if i could just use my 98 clutch and slave cylinder, and dont know if the transmission mounts the same?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
