ok guys..well after all the work i did on my car swapping the motor..i guess the tranny is gone. i clunks when u let out the clutch..i guess where the axle slides into the tranny..the part that has grooves on it that slide onto the axle apindle is just flopping around in the tranny really loosly..so i guess in order to fix that...i need to yank the tranny...i think i am just going to try and get a reconditiond one...any input?

Your cheapest bet (and maybe your best) would be to get a low mileage one from a junkyard.

just got a new tranny from lkqonline.com it was 675 plus 140 for shipping and it comes with a 6 month warranty but for 180 i bought a 2 year warranty. so hopefully i should get it in shortly. as soon as the payment clears again. my payment wouldnt clear twice..but the bank said it was approved but lkq cant get the money...time to figure it out monday....puts me back 4 days which sucks!!
