Fluid question

I have a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. I've been doing some searching on here about the manual transmission, and am a little confused. Everything I've read says that my car should have a Getrag F23 transmission, which uses regular ATF fluid, right? But, I have a copy of the 2000 Sunfire Owner's Manual (not the original that came with the car, though) and it says to use Synchromesh Transmission Fluid (GM Part No. 12345349). Is that just a misprint in the manual, or were there some 2000 Sunfires made with the Isuzu transmission? And if so, how would I tell the difference?

You can use syncromesh just fine.....I personally use 2.6q of B&M synthetic Trick Shift in mine.
