spec stage 2 and lightweight flywheel
Thursday, April 14, 2011 2:47 PM
Ok so I found a local shop selling a spec stage 2 with a lightweight flywheel now i understand im prolly past the point power wise that this clutch would benefit me but i called them and they said they could do 525 for both so im thinking buy the setup and sell the stage 2 for around 200 maybe and that way i have a lightweight flywheel for pretty much 300ish what do you all think bout this or should i just buy it and install it and take the chance of it slipping let me know what you think

Notice they do not show the wear surface on the flywheel.

Why not get a new one, you will have ZERO warranty buying 2nd hand. PM us with the SPEC part number and we will get you a discount (goes for everyone here)

i prolly wont run a lightweight flywheel but i figured if i could get a deal on one then i would run it just for the faster acceleration but would also decelerate faster too idk im thinking just dont waste the money on the one i found local and just buy a new cm this thread is useless lol sorry admin you can lock it you want

We deal direct with CM, Luis is our Rep there, we cut out all middle men. You sir would be a middle man. Mark up on mark up is not good.

Plus Vincent with the words you state around here why would we want to get you a good price on something.

actually im not the middle man.

you deal with CM direct? wow I have too and you know what he told me? dont buy direct from us because its more expenisve... imagine that. I make zero dollars off of this. No money gets sent my way or exchanges hands to me for helping people out by getting the best price AND SERVICE.

your last statement sums it up. and besides the price that was given to me by your company, was not given to me... someone else checked on the price knowing you serve people by your last statement. you know, from experience... having someone get a quote for a price... then turning them into their suppliers... you probably know how that goes from experience... and you were several hundred over what I got mine for... and i had excellent service while getting mine. in that case, by not using you i did cut out the middle man.
