Clutch Actuator Pipe
Thursday, May 05, 2011 3:26 PM
I had the rubber part of my clutch pipe rub up against the harness bracket and spring a leak, apparently this is common in 03-05 Cavaliers and the dealer here wanted $194+taxes retail for just the pipe ( thats retarded!!!), so I had to call the junkyard, lucked out and found 1 for $75 bucks with the bleeder and master cylinder, my question is this, how do u change that pipe or get the old 1 off to put the new 1 on? I usually have a Hanes or Chiltons repair manual but can't find 1 here for 03-05 Cavalier/Sunfire.

I got another line from the junk yard and did some touch ups on it, thats in for now but I still have the old 1 , thanks for the info cuz I'll use the old 1 and do the same as u with the ss line, that looks way better than the mess I got in there over my line to protect it from the rubbing problem lol
