Passenger side axle

Where can I get a axle for my 1997 z24 with 5speed trans , I got the drivers side no problem , but the passenger side are all to long . mine has the stub axle that the c/v joint hooks to . where do I get the short axle ? nobody has a listing for it .

Only 96-97 jbodies got the shorter pass side axle with jack shaft, 98 onward got the longer single piece axle - you're limited to the two years. Good luck.

IIRC the short axle on the passenger side is the same as the drivers side axle, like on the automatic cars.

If it is the same as a automatic , but witch auto trans 3 speed or 4 speed and what year ?

get one for the driver's side for your car. if you have the stub shaft, it's meant to use identical axles.

I think the inner c/v jiont is differant , I beleave it has a female end and the driver side has a male end .
