Put it in Neutral, floor the gas pedal, select drive.
Repeat as necessarily until the car no longer moves forward after selecting drive, or fluid is leaking from the case, or a combination of the both.
Victory.
I've been doing that for fun since I owned the car. Transmission isn't even slipping a hint.
WOT reverse to WOT drive. Once should destroy the trans.

Been dropping it in drive a lot and doing reverse drive, even have bigger tires are the car. STILL no slipping... any type of fluid I can put in?
Dump some cement mix in that'll kill it real fast. Not sure why anybody with an ounce of common sense would want to destroy a transmission just because they want another transmission or car though. If you want a new car trade it in or donate it to goodwill.
Cement mix should prove to be interesting.. Another idea that just popped in my head is maple syrup Hmm wonder what that would do lol.
