95-99 Manual Tranny Fluid

I kno there's a tread on this already but I want to be sure on this specific tranny so to the point, what fluid goes in a 95-99 manual trans???

I believe I put sycromesh in mine way back when.

Gm synchromesch... at $9 a quart... i knew a guy that ran 5:1 lukes oil stabalizer to synchromesch

I run 5W30 in mine.

I run Lucas 75w90 full synthetic gear oil, no issues in 2 years of driving.
