Hey guys, i want to remove my 5 speed iszuzu transmission from my 99 z24. I cant find any instructions or procedures on here, and ive never done anything like this before. Is there anyone that can help me out??
Well, it's a pain in the ass without a lift. If you have a engine hoist, you can lift the engine, but then you'd have to disconnect lots of stuff. It's possible to wiggle it out from the bottom, but its really tight. Last time I did that, I had a lift, and it still took me 5 hours, but i didn't really know what I was doing.
best thing i can tell you is to simply buy a haynes manual. in it you will find detailed instructions and what to do.
It's nice to be injected but I love being blown.
