Is the GM# 12060003 a direct replacement for the 12570963? The 12060003 fits a 2005, the other fits 2002.

the master cylinder didn't change
the slave cylinder didn't change
so, whichever one you can actually order should be a direct replacement
it doesn't matter if the 02 is eco/ohv/twin cam the clutch/slave are in the same locations regardless, so that part should be interchangeable

#24233064 is the complete master cylinder (includes hose/pipe that does to tranny.
