I am looking at new tires in the spring. They will be 225/40/18 and I'm torn between the two. Below are the pics, any opinions or personal experiences are appreciated.

Nitto Neo Gen:

I have Nitto Neo Gens on my 17" MR7's... I like them alot
Those are the ones I am leaning towards, mainy because I can find them a tad cheaper than the Toyo's.
I have neo gens on my 17'' konig troubles
looks into these
dunlop sp sport fm901
i love these things! i got mine not long ago and the traction is amazing and they hold the road very very well

My Car Sucks
^ Treadwear on the dunlops is not so great, look for BFG g-force in your size, much better tire and higher treadwear rating, costs alot less than dunlops. I had the FM901's on my motegi MR7's and they were worn down in 20,000k. FM901's were also noisier.
They did handle very well though (while they were new). Heres the performance test data on the Dunlops vs the BFG G-force.

I've had the Proxes 4 since October and I really like them. I highly recommend them. Just curious what you found them for price wise. I found mine for $87a tire.
I have Proxes4's on my Cavalier and I LOVE them. They're good in rain/snow and they grip very well. Plus I got mine for 50 bucks a tire (bought from a friend brand new cause he sold his car he was gonna put them on).
Hey Zach, I am looking for them in 225/40/18, I can't find them for less than around $120 a tire. Where did you find that price? Thats incredible. Hook me up!! Thanks!
nitto is made by toyo.
the neogens are basically the budget version of the proxes 4's.
nittos are less priced, but treadwear is 280. toyo higher priced, twice the same neo gen tread and treadwear of 300.
i like my proxe 4's
I'm tellin' Uncle Ben!! You stole his RICE!!
"premiere cavalier" coming soon to a street near you!!
I've been very pleased with my Proxes 4 so far.
They still make em. I got mine back in March from ImPhat0260. I love them. They hold the road better then my Falkens.
They still make them, i just got mine 2 days ago. and although they title them as all seasons I would not recomend driving them in the snow. And the BFG G-Force are good but get ready for a bumpy ride...Really stiff.
I have one true love in my life...And my girlfriend sits next to me in it

just got em today... the neogens arent bad at all. waiting for a track day to really test em, but for the most part, they grip the road like rodimus prime grips masturbation
i like my falken ziex 512's. traction and temperature rating A, treadwear rating 360. price difference between it and the neogens is only a few dollars a tire (falken is cheaper by 3$ at discount tire direct)

you def gottta try an AA traction rating next time.
i;ve been using A for a while now. and granted i lost 20 on treadwear going to these, so far, seems worth it.
i got these for 100$ locally a piece so i def will not complain on that
They stopped the Toyo Proxes FZ4s which got replaced by the Toyo Proxes 4s.
