I clean it with soap and water then wipe it dry with a microfiber towel to avoid scratches. Every now and them I wax them to keep them nice and shiney.

I know 'black magic' works well ... I used it on my dads cadillac dts wheels and it made them shine. Although ... they were chrome, but I dont see why you could not use them on black wheels.

I put about 5 coats of zaino on my wheels right out of the box before I ever install them.
After that, anything on them can just be wiped off regulary with car washing soap and water.

You need more than soap. We've just replaced the old flat black wheels with
rockstar ii rims on the truck project. We use the spray degreaser on them with good scrub, rinse and then spray them with spray wax. Good as new.
Use Meguiar's Hot Rims All Wheel and Tire Cleaner. It really does give black rims the shine that it needs.
I use Meguiaur's Wheel polishing kit.
