I just got 17" Konig Absolutes less than a year old in great shape for $340! The Nankang Tires are shot but I have my eye on some Toyo Proxes- : )
dude used 17s if the tires are shot....340...not that good of deal
It is in my sh?tty little town.
good shape and @!#$ is good... 17's go up to 1000 dollars sometimes. I got mine for 320 new but that was ebay. If he really wanted those tires look decent enough for a few more miles so... He could also save them if hes in a pinch and gets a flat. I dont think its a bad deal at all. And those look nice anyways.

2 of the tires are about shot...the 2 that were on the back I may run on the front for a couple months while I save $ for 2 new ones.. the rims are near mint/never ran in snow and salt and cleaned weekly. they have one curb rash on the lip that is noticeable but I may be able to grind it smooth and polish it up.
this will be my first set of after-market wheels. when I get my new tires, what do I need as far as an alignment or balance ?
just take the new tires with your wheels to a shop and they will do it all for you, as far as mount and balance goes, i guess that is what your askin, hope this helps, later

ok
I know I need 205/40/17 tires. does anybody have any recomendations as to what tire brand would be the best fit?
that is the size of tire that is on them now....what should I get then?
How wide are the rims?
With 17's, i'd go with some 45 series rubbers.. 40's will throw your speedo off a bit.. It looks kinda goofy also...
"If life throws you a curve, pop the clutch and drift it!"
7 " I think. so I should get 205/45/17's?
Get them static balanced also. This gets rid of ugly wheel weights.
Static balance is when the wheel weights are only placed on the inside of the rim and not on the outer edge you see. Doesn't cost extra for that just mention it to whoever does the job.
Plus get 225/45R17's - best size that matches up to factory 16 size.
I have 14" factory wheels though the chart says to go with the 215s
