Well i order a wheel and tire [package from wheel max on Tuesday of last week and my account stills says verified...this means...Your order is verified to be correct and in-stock....but i have been waiting for almost a week now for it to change to "M and B"...
this means...your order is being mounted and balanced. This is the last phase before shipment, but it hasn't and I'm getting very anxious
i am not trying to bash the company, cause i have great things about them, but i was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them or not and what else i should do about it. I sent them a e-mail and got no response on Friday of last week

Sounds like they are screwing you around. It does not take a week to mount and balance tires. I can see adding maybe a day, but seven... no.

Were the wheels and tires you chose in stock?
I placed an order for a wheel package Wednesday morning by phone. The guy told me that it was actually 2 days faster by phone because of some kind of 2 day hold on credit cards through online purchases. He also assured me that my order would ship out that same day and that I would have them in 4-5 days. They didn't come yesterday but I'm hoping they show up today.
