Hello everyone,

These rims went on a buddys car in April the car was in an accident and 2 wheels have very minor scratches, just serface scratches. The wheels were checked for balence and everything turned up good. So really I would be left to my question of what is the best way to remove them? They are on the outer lip.

You cant remove scratches. Unless you get the wheels dipped again. Simply polish the wheels and you wont be able to see them as much cause the CHROME will blind people when they look at them!
