will 17x7 rims fit my 97 z24 with out scraping with the stock springs and struts???????
as long as the offset is right, i use a 17x7 rim with a 35mm offset and it works just fine

Yeah. Up to 19 x 7.5 x [35-40] will fit. If you get a fat tire 225+ it may rub though.
