ok i have a question i want to get 18" rims but its my daliy car and i work at a pizza shop as a driver how long dose the tires last? or is it better for me just to get 17" rims?
also i for got what size tire would i get if i get 18" or what size should i get if i get 17" keep in mind i won't beable to lower the car after i get my kit i live it pa and the fiberglass kit won't last long if i lower my car. i scrap as it is but i don't have stock tires i have 205/60/14

check out the tire caculator. theres not difference between 17in. rims and 18in. rims. its the brand of tire you have to worry about. no matter which rim you go with, it isnt going to make the tire wear fast. for 17s you want either 215/45/17 or 225/17/45 (those are the most common). for 18s you want either 215/40/18 or 225/40/18 (again most common). the 215 tire is a little bit smaller than the 225. just check out tires online and make sure they have a good tread rating
