I found a set of rims on ebay and thought they would look really cool on my car...i bought them...the company, yes company, i bought them from had paypal problems. About a week later they had it all set up and working fine. I payed them and Paypal took the money out of my account and I have all kinds of recepts everywhere from PayPal and even shows on my Ebay account that I paid. The company wont ship the rims because they said it didnt show up on THEIR paypal that they recieved the money. I have contacted them about this many times and even sent them the recept that THEY sent me saying they got my money. Who would i contact to get these rims or get my money?

1) File a Non-performing seller report within your My eBay. This will take you to PayPal.
2) Open Dispute with PayPal. If after 10 days, there is no response to dispute, money is refunded.
3) If you used a credit card and PayPal does not either refund the full amount or denies the refund, open a chargeback against PayPal w/ your credit card company.

actually...i just got the rims today. they never sent a tracking number and they got it confused or sumthin...just took a long time to ship...and the rims look awesome. Im gettin them put on thursday and ill def. post pix..
