Lowered on 19's ?

Hey everyone, I hate asking this from you all, but I have searched and searched and I cant find exactly what I need so ill ask.

I have a 2001 Z24 and its been lowered with Eibach springs a couple inches.. and I currently have 18s ( 18x7.5 ... 42 offset ) .. but I am wanting to go to 19" Motegi FF7s.. they are 19x17.5 and it says HIGH offset.. I dont know size that is.. its these rims I want to know if this is gonna be possible or if I should just stick with 18s.. I dont want them to rub or anything and cornering can suck.. I could deal.. I dont speed around corners anyways.

I just need a tire size that would go with this and what will need to be done to fit or if I could just pull off the wheels and throw them on.

as in tires 225/35/19 or215/35/19 will work but the offset is a 45 on that wheel. im pretty sure it will work

If those are the +45mm ones(not sure if they offer other offsets or not), they'll fit just fine with a drop..

I'm running them with tenzo springs.
