I tried using the tire calculator, but it only calculates if youre plus sizing, not downsizing.
I foudn an awsome deal on a set of 195/60/15s for the winter, I just wanted to knwo fi my speedometer would be off? and by how much? I have 205/55/16 right now.

When your car is really going 60, your speedometer will read approximately 62 (61.6), assuming it is perfectly accurate now. Not enough to worry over.
