Ok well i currently have Kumho supra 712's in 225/45/17's and there weren't all bad when i was still in stock forum... but now with boost reaching 10-11psi and still haven't even used my smallest pulley and with many other upgrades on the car/on their way i need something to help the traction...
I know with the sticker i go the less miles i am going to get so i am wondering if there is a good medium for this? My dad just recently put on some BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW's on his GNX and is going to put some on the Trans Am too... they seem pretty sticky but he isn't sure if they would be good for wear... So what are some that you guys are using...
These tires are only driven on for summer time as well.. and i am looking to get them in 235/45/17's
The First Twin Charged jbody
blue car (R.I.P) - 240whp @7psi..
silver car - 305whp 315lbs.tq @15psi (91 Octane) or 420whp & 425lbs.TQ @20psi (94 octane+Alcohol Injection)
All dynos run on a Mustang dyno
to avoid some rubbing, i'd suggest you check what's out there in 235/40 tires. not much of a difference, really, but it's better than having a trench in your tread, ya' know?
Have you seen the turbo wagon?
13.90 @ 105.46mph
street tires

Yea.... i have had 235/45/17's on it for test fitting and it fit fine though... i dont have it lowerd to much and the suspension is VERY stiff so i dont bounce much...
