yea they make them. just make sure that there is enough thread left on the studs when you put them on so you can get the lugs on

using spacers then take the rim off the hub, more weight on the wheel studs, is this safe???? I wouldn`t think so....

I have 3 mm spacers on every wheel on my car. I had to get them custom drilled to fit but it was jjust a little bit to ream some of the holes out. so now they fit and it makes a big difference in the way it looks. most people cant tell but i can. it makes thim stick out more and looks more agressive by making them flush with the wheel wells.

These little pieces of metal are not going to add enough wieght to hurt your studs. If the studs are that week I would be scared to drive the car about 35mph. Think of the force that is put on them at 65mph.

3 mm? Are you sure? 3 mm is only 1/8 inch. You can see the difference in the wheels being moved out 1/8 inch? I don't think so. You can use a wider tire and get more than 1/8 inch.

I got them at a wheel shop by my house, and the guy gave me the set for sixteen bucks.

if your car is lowered you may run into a rubbing problem on the rears. doesn't seem like much but it could be enough depending on tire/rim size

I took a look at wheel spacers from advance auto parts. They say Disc brake wheel spacers and they come in 7/32 and 5/16. So can you use them on the back with drum brakes? Also, do they go in front of or behind the rotor? I'm guessing they go in front of the rotor, but just to be sure... here is the link to show you what i mean!

mine were free since they didnt have the right size. i can see if i can get them. and when you work with really fine measurements you notice an 1/8 a lot. i do anyway. maybe the sidewall has something to do with it and im runninga 235/40 instead of the regular tire to keep the speedo but it does change the overall look with just 3mm on each side.

3mm is nothing..... lol

I have 5/8 spacers out back and they make a nice difference, but no difference if any Joe off the street takes a look.

As for my question, I had the spacers out back for awhile but I`m not sure if its 100% safe because the wheels are supposed to sit on the hub as apposed to just the studs, which they do with these spacers, I had no problems but I only had them on for about 20 days.
