steelie tire size?

I looked in the FAQ but it only gives sizes bigger. I got 205/55R16 and am going juckyarding for 14 or 15in steelies for winter. What size of tires should I get so the speedo is still accurate? (in 14in and 15in rims)

And will I need new lugnuts? Thx, Bluecavi
