i was reading in car and driver about the new ponitac grand prix. they were saying that the new car has wider fronts than the back, they did this for the handeling and they said that it worked to stop some of the underster. i was wondering if anybody has tried this. and yes i did serch, maybe the wrong wording.
I haven't read into this at all. Your talking about wider front tires? I remember a while back Pontiac was pushing the "Wider is better" thing for the stance of the car (I think). Wouldn't there be rubbing if it's not set up correctly?
Just my 2 cents.
from what i read it was not an out ragous amout of front tire that they put on. i think that it was a 255 instead of a a 235 or a 225 that they had in the back. i am sure that they would make it set up so that it would not rub.
