i'm looking for some help here i have an 04 cav and i really like the cobalt ss rims. i cant find rims that look the same. i know the bolt pattern on my cav is 5x100. the ss rims are 5x110 i belive. is there anything i can do to get those rims to fit?
To get the Cobalt SS wheels to fit the cavalier, you would have to somehow convert the Cavalier's hubs to the 5x110 pattern.
I know of no way to accomplish this, since most of the swaps that I know about that change the pattern change it to the 5x115 (N/W body pattern). someone also MIGHT make an adapter plate, or I guess one could be fabricated, but I don't think I would trust that, plus your offset could get screwed up.
I *guess* if you could find the parts, you *might* be able to put the cobalt hubs on the cavalier, but I REALLY doubt it, and almost guarantee that it won't be worth the effort.

Sleeper style, they don't see it coming that way.

The regular and the ss non sc share the 4x100 I think.

i know the bolt pattern on the standard is a 4 bolt
There are a few places that can make you wheel adapters. I know of a guy in southern california that will make an adapter (basically a hub that bolts to your existing studs, and has studs coming out of it) for like $75 each. I can get you the website if you're interested. They're all custom CNC machined-to-order.
However with the adapter, it would make your offset way more negative (pushed OUT from the car) probably 20mm or so, I have no idea how thick the adapters are.
Other than that you might be able to swap the hub to the Cobalt hubs. I have no idea though if it's possible / what that would involve as the Cobalt is a brand new (for the US) platform.
I can only imagine the price that gm would want for those rims anyway, I think you should call and find out that before you even worry about making them fit.
yea if you could find the web site so i could check into it.
i think they are like 300 a piece from the dealership but you can find them for less. the price really isnt that big of a deal, i just really like the rims and i dont know of anyone that makes something close and im sure it more than that if i could find a custom wheel shop to make something close.
I can't believe anybody actually likes the look of that wheel. They look so unfinished and bulky.

It's up to you to decide which you'd rather win.
its 687 a piece for the stock 16 inch ls sport chrome rims without center cap or lug nuts. i cant imagine how much they want for the ss wheels. i called the dealership about a month ago asking for pricing on them and when they told me that started laughing at him who in the right mind would pay that amount for them
If I were you I'd go with Audi TT 17x7.5 5 spoke wheels. Stock with 225/45-17's, and 5x100 bolt pattern. You can pick em up used for like 600 with tires.

Very simple haha.
This guy makes excellent adapters, which come with pressed in studs & open end lugs. Your choice of patterns & thickness.
