I ordered a set of 215/60/14 BFG Drag radials last week and noticed the other night that one of them has a 1" gash completely thru the sidewall the the tread has 2 slices in it. I called tirerack when I got home today and they are already shipping out another one and sending a call tag for the bad one. I was on the phone with them for a whole 60 seconds, Great customer service and highly reccomended. This isn't the first time I have order but, the first time I have had a problem. I will continue to buy from them, they are great.

Good to know. This time try mounting it WITHOUT the razor knife and you should be fine.
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
I thought the razor knife would be quicker, I did that all the time in auto class, jk. They never made it out of my livingroom, I don't know how in the h#ll it happened. Tirerack doesn't ship things in boxes so maybe thats how it happened. They have a really soft sidewall and even softer tread so I can see how something could go thru it easily.
