imo slipstreams should not go on a cavalier

to answer your question though, the 8" wide is fine and you should be fine w/ the 45mm offset

Hey, if you order Rotas your going to run into problems.

If you do order these call Subydude.com and he will take care of you, tell him Jay with the Cavalier sent you.

The hub bore on Rotas wheels are 56.1 and the hub bore on cavaliers are 57.1, he got mine machined for me but just so you know the hub bore is 1mm too small on the wheels so you will have to do something to make them fit...these wheels are mostly made for Hondas, STI's and EVO's.

If you want Joe at Subydudes number get ahold of me, I got it here.

It depends on which set of Rotas your looking at, if you buy the more expensive Rotas he will cut you a deal, if you buy some cheaper Rotas it will be about 100 bux to get them machined, however, I know Skilz10179 bought some Rotas and is just going to try to bore them out on his own, not very hard being its only 1mm.
